Guide the Black Ball to the Blue Platform

Bolls is an isometric 3D puzzle game where you control a small black ball across narrow platforms suspended above empty space. The goal in each challenge is to reach the blue block at the end of the route. As shown in the game itself, reaching that blue platform allows it to rise and completes the journey through the puzzle.

The controls look simple, but the thin paths make every movement important. A small mistake can send the ball rolling over an edge. You need to think about direction, momentum, and where you want to stop before making each move.

Collect the Yellow Stars

Bright yellow stars appear along the platforms.

You can collect them while working toward the blue goal. Some sit directly on a useful path, while others encourage you to take a more difficult route. This adds another challenge for players who want to do more than simply reach the exit.

The narrow tracks shown in the game can make even a nearby star risky. Moving too quickly may carry the ball past the safe area or straight over the side.

Stop Before You Roll Too Far

Desktop controls use WASD for movement.

Pressing Space stops the ball, which becomes useful when you need to prevent it from rolling into danger. Left Shift changes the camera angle so you can examine the level from another direction.

Changing your view can help when an isometric angle makes a turn difficult to judge.

Bolls also includes hostile obstacles called Hater Bolls. These can interfere with your route, giving you another reason to move carefully instead of treating every level like a simple straight path.

Think Before Every Move

Bolls works because it gives you only a few controls but makes you use them carefully.

You need to study the shape of the platform, choose the right direction, stop before reaching an edge, collect stars when possible, and find a safe route toward the blue block.

The clean 3D style keeps the puzzle easy to read. The black ball with glowing blue eyes also makes the player character easy to follow against the simple environments.

Bolls may look calm, but later puzzles ask for much better control. Reaching the goal feels satisfying because success comes from careful movement rather than speed.
