Face One Opponent on the Soccer Field
1 on 1 Soccer is a simple sports game where each team has only one player. You can compete against the computer or share the keyboard with a friend. Instead of controlling a full squad, you handle one oversized soccer player and try to score more goals than the opponent.
Before the match, you can choose the team you want to represent. Once play begins, both players chase the same ball across a small field with a goal at each end.
Move and Jump to Control the Ball
The controls stay simple. One player uses the Left and Right Arrow keys to move and the Up Arrow to jump. The second player uses A and D for movement and W to jump.
There is no need to remember a long collection of passes and special kicks. Moving into the ball sends it across the field. Jumping helps you reach higher balls and can also block an opponent trying to send the ball over your head.
The simple movement often creates funny situations. The ball can bounce between both players several times before finally reaching a goal.
Score Before the Time Runs Out
Each match lasts two minutes. Your goal is to finish with more goals than the other side.
Attacking is only half of the job. Moving too far toward the opponent’s goal can leave your own side open. A quick bounce may send the ball behind you before you have time to return.
Staying between the ball and your goal can help when the other player starts attacking.
Try the Extra Cheat Options
1 on 1 Soccer also includes a Cheats section with several unusual codes. These can change the match in playful ways. Some codes replace the normal soccer ball with a beach ball, bowling ball, or tennis ball. Others change gravity, increase movement speed, or unlock other strange effects.
The normal game is already easy to pick up. Choose a team, move toward the ball, jump when needed, protect your goal, and look for a chance to send the ball past your opponent.
1 on 1 Soccer keeps football small and direct. Two players, two goals, one ball, and two minutes are enough to create a quick competitive match.
